Mr. Horace Fabian Bsc. Diploma – Director of Strategy and Business Development

Mr. Horace Fabian is an accomplished business executive and entrepreneur with over three decades of experience spanning the oil and gas, engineering, construction, catering, and natural resources sectors.

He began his career in 1992 as a Trainee Manager with his family business, BB Allison Integrated Services Ltd., following his graduation from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria, in 1991 with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences. Under his leadership as Managing Director, BB Allison became the largest indigenous service contractor to TSKJ Nigeria Ltd. (KBR), the EPC contractor responsible for the construction of the first six trains of the Nigeria LNG (NLNG) project.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Fabian has held senior leadership and directorship positions in several international and Nigerian companies, including Multicatering Nigeria Ltd., Cedar Resources Inc. (Oakville, Ontario, Canada), FOSS & ESG Nigeria Ltd., part of the global FOSS Catering Group, and Geosurvey and Earth Assessment Ltd., part of Geosurveys Angola.

He brings extensive expertise in business development, corporate leadership, strategic partnerships, and the execution of complex projects across multiple industries.
