Okechukwu Alexander Obiagwu – Director, Technical

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt. He is known for his calm demeanor, professionalism, and analytical approach to problem-solving.

Upon graduating, he began his career with Halliburton Energy Services Nigeria Limited, a leading multinational oilfield services company, where he served for 19 years, from 1998 to 2017. He joined the organization as a Trainee Engineer and progressed through various technical and leadership roles to become Country Operations Manager for the Wireline and Perforating product line.

In this capacity, he was responsible for managing a broad range of well intervention and evaluation services, including Open Hole Logging, Cased Hole Logging, Tubing-Conveyed Perforating (TCP), and Slickline operations. Throughout his career at Halliburton, he participated in numerous international assignments and professional training programs across the United States, the United Kingdom, Central Africa, and several West African countries, gaining extensive global industry experience.

Following his successful career at Halliburton, he established and led businesses in the Alternative Energy, Oil and Gas, and E-commerce sectors, leveraging his technical expertise and leadership experience to drive growth and innovation.

Outside his professional commitments, he enjoys football, lawn tennis, and golf. He is happily married and is blessed with four children.
